Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Hello Nails, we want you to love your manicure; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used nail polishes and tools cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
